Wellbeing & Yoga Retreats 2020
Need to find your 'om' or even just a little bit of 'me' time in 2020? Check out my Norfolk Wellbeing and Yoga Retreat Specialists - there are even a couple in the sun, if you can wangle it ......
The last of the booze, chocolates and mince pies have been devoured and good intentions set. I’m all over Dry January (first week and the shakes have eased), I’m back at the gym and tracking on My Fitness Pal (urghh).
However the one thing that eludes me every year is being able to find precious ‘me’ time to focus on my wellbeing.
The few moments snatched between urgent errands, feeding time at the zoo and work deadlines rather dilutes any therapeutic effect of a much needed massage or facial.
What you need is an extended hit of ‘me’ time says Mr O – you don’t have to tell me twice! Permission to leave the Mudlings for a weekend granted I embarked upon finding wellbeing retreats both local and further afield (you never know) and am sharing in solidarity for the sake of your sanity too!
Here are my Norfolk recommended wellbeing and yoga retreat specialists, there are even a couple in the sun, if you can wangle it!
