Stock up on supplies for your pooch, test their skills in the dog contests, see if they’ve got a knack for everything from flyball to dock-diving – and get some fun snaps while you’re at it. 



For gamer kids &#8211; board not video &#8211; Norwich’s&nbsp;<a href="https://www.norwichgames.uk/">Games Convention</a>&nbsp;is back for a second year this Sat 23 Aug where dedicated board and tabletop game zones, virtual-reality sessions, role-playing games and sword-fighting demos will be cropping up all over the city. Meaning you can lose them to Dungeons and Dragons while you hit the shops &#8211; winning!

Acclaimed British sculptor,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.houghtonhall.com/whats-on/stephen-cox-exhibition" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Stephen Cox</a>, is presenting pieces from his decade-spanning career in the house and gardens&nbsp;until 28 Sep.&nbsp;Myth&nbsp;will mark the largest and most comprehensive exhibit of Cox’s work, featuring&nbsp;pieces conceived and produced all over the world from India to Egypt to Italy to right here in the UK.&nbsp;Access included with general admission tickets.&nbsp;

Head to&nbsp;The Forum&nbsp;in&nbsp;Norwich&nbsp;for the&nbsp;<a href="https://theforumnorwich.co.uk/whats-on/end-of-summer-craft-fair-workshop?start_time=2025-08-23T10.00">End of Summer Craft Fair &amp; Workshop</a>&nbsp;(Sat 23 Aug). A one-day artisan event bringing together talented independent makers, offering a stunning selection of handcrafted jewellery, textiles, ceramics, home décor and more. Think world-class circus acts, laughs from hosts Jack Jay and Johnny Mac and a super-cool water spectacular, where the entire ring sinks to reveal a gigantic swimming pool. Very fancy.
