Impress your friends and family with some decadent homemade choccies. This morning workshop, held in Wolterton&#8217;s East Wing Kitchen, is led by Norfolk&#8217;s resident Willy Wonka, <a href="https://norfolk.muddystilettos.co.uk/life/people/interview-chef-gary-hunter-of-hunters-academy-if-food-and-hunters-chocolate-norfolk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Gary Hunter</a> (yes of <a href="https://hunterschocolate.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Hunter&#8217;s Chocolates</a>) and what he doesn&#8217;t know about chocolate isn&#8217;t worth knowing. After tea/coffee and some chocolate tasting on arrival, Gary will talk you through the chocolate making process from bean to bar before you have a go yourself under Gary&#8217;s expert eye.

Suitable for all culinary skills (no prior chocolate-making knowledge is required) the class incorporates a range of products (all ingredients are provided) and techniques. They&#8217;ll make the perfect present for a friend, to share round the office, gift to your kids teachers or serve after your Christmas lunch. Afterwards you can toast your chocolatey creation with a glass of something sparkly while gawping at the crown mouldings.
