The winner of best bar in our Muddy Awards 2022, Tipsyjar is located on the corner of Redwell Street in the centre of Norwich. It’s a buzzy, inviting setting, with cool marble and exposed brick warmed by plenty of bare wood and tactile velvet.

It goes without saying, there’s an awesome cocktail list to work your way through. The many enticing concoctions can be ordered individually or in lidded jars for two, with garnishes on the side, ready for you to unleash your inner mixologist.

Good quality spirits and house infusions are paired with their homemade syrups and fruit dehydrated for perfectly matched garnishes. 

If you can’t look beyond Espresso Martini (who can?), the menu includes a whole page dedicated to variations on the classic. Fancy something different? Make mine a Banana Bread Old Fashioned  – banana liqueur, walnut bitters, ginger, cinnamon and spiced rum, garnished with freeze-dried bananas.

If you’re swerving the booze or are the designated driver, you don’t miss out on the fun. Tempting no- and low-booze options can also be served in the DIY jar for two.
