With the aim of recharging both mind and body, the venue runs a series of women-focused retreats which range from one to four days, with overnight accommodation in either The Norfolk Farmhouse itself or the barn next door.

Here you can rediscover your fitness mojo, reconnect with healthy eating, indulge a passion for yoga, or even learn skills to relieve anxiety and stress through group workshops and one-to-one therapy. For a total pampering experience, there’s the raw beauty retreat with treatments thrown in, or immerse yourself in a workshop aimed at adapting to the menopause and peri-menopause.

Hankering after some pampering? Add to your retreat experience by booking a relaxing treatment or two. Choose from a range of massages, bespoke facials, reflexology and reiki, or simply sink into the onsite spa facilities including hot tub and sauna.

All meals are catered for by retreat founder Faye who whips up nourishing and nutritious plant-based food (vegans can be catered for upon request). No faddy diets and deprivation here – it’s more refresh than detox. We hear there’s even a glass or two of vegan wine with supper.

You’ll sleep like a baby in the boutique-style accommodation, with nine individually styled bedrooms, ranging from the glamorous to the cute and cosy. The majority are ensuite and all have Hypnos mattresses.

Can’t spare the time to stay overnight? No problem. Day and evening retreats provide a quick pick me up. And how about this? You can design your own bespoke one-night retreat for six friends – perfect if you haven’t got the headspace to mingle with strangers.

The venue is also available to hire by those wanting to run their own retreats with the ease of knowing all meals will be provided. Licensed for civil ceremonies, Norfolk Farmhouse makes a bijou wedding venue with accommodation for 20 guests.
