The Bloom Room Everlasting Wedding Flowers, Ashby St Mary
Love cut flowers but wish they lasted longer? Enter The Bloom Room, experts in everlasting blooms and dried flowers for your wedding day, and everyday.

Though there aren’t many occasions that can’t be uplifted with the joy of flowers, there’s nothing sadder than when they start wilting and dropping petals, especially if those blooms are particularly special – wedding bouquets, we’re looking at you. This is where The Bloom Room comes in. Specialising in everlasting, eco-conscious, dried and preserved flowers long before they were a trending interiors topic on Instagram, they are our go-to for the kinda flowers you want to enjoy for years to come.
Founded by Abbie Dawson after she fell in love with her own dried, wedding flowers, she is now an expert in luxury dried and preserved wedding floristry. And believe us when we say that her eye for style, colour and creativity makes even the humble daisy look like something we want to treasure forever (and renew our vows just for some of her floral handiwork!).
Abbie’s wedding floristry encompasses everything from bouquets, button holes and corsages to the ceremony, reception and cake. Whether you are going big, eloping, getting married abroad or keeping things small and intimate, Abbie takes the time to talk through everything with couples, discussing ideas, colour and personal style to create a package, as well as gorgeous floral arrangements, which are completely bespoke to you and your big day. And that’s not even the half of it! Sustainability is key with all of Abbie’s creations, not only does she prioritise using Norfolk and Suffolk flower growers, she also sets up and takes down the flowers at your wedding venue, repurposing them for other arrangements so there is zero waste involved.
Not getting married? Abbie doesn’t just do wedding floristry, she also runs a number of workshops from her studio in Ashby St Mary throughout the year too, so you can have a go at making your own timeless arrangements (word to the wise, her Christmas wreath workshops are usually a sell out!). Next on the docket; Springtime Dried Wreath Workshop on Sat 22 & Sun 23 Mar, or make your own Mother’s Day Bouquet on Sat 29 & Sun 30 Mar, or have a go at drying your own flowers in her Art of Drying Flowers Workshop on Sat 19 Apr, Sun 18 May and Sun 28 Sep. They also make for a fun hen party activity as well, just saying.
So, whether you are getting married or just want some flowers which will last, Abbie, and her room full of blooms, has you covered.
