<p>This quirky, buzzy bar styled after a 1820s apothecary is famous for its bonkers boozy creations &#8211; their iconic Candy Cane cocktail is topped with Skittles &#8211; but there&#8217;s also an Apprentice menu of most-appealing mocktails if you&#8217;re after atmosphere without the hangover. </p>

<p>This city centre craft beer bar does a decent line in alcohol-free beers with free refills in Jan. Quaff Punk AF, Nanny State or Lost AF while enjoying their excellent vegan menu (buffalo cauliflower hot wings, anyone?).</p>

<p>Both these quirky-cool bars have a huge menu to choose from, with multiple low- or no-alcohol beers and ciders available and a massive mocktail menu &#8211; name your favourite cocktail and they&#8217;re sure to have a booze-free version. There&#8217;s also an excellent list of no-alcohol spirits from Three Spirit, Lyres and Pentire, which you can sip while you nibble on vegan treats from <a href="http://tofurei.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Tofurei</a> and Gangway Bakes. Plus, the Quarter Deck bottle shop and restaurant in Sheringham has a variety of booze-free bevvies on the menu, as well as to buy to take away!&nbsp;</p>

<p>This Insta-fodder bar in the heart of the Lanes has a delicious cocktail menu, with a small but sweet selection of mocktails if you&#8217;re avoiding the booze. There&#8217;s Seedlip concoctions aplenty and we love the sound of the Pretty Woman, made with strawberry purée, lemon, aquafaba, rose water, gomme, and soda. Tanqueray 0.0, Erdinger Alkoholfrei and Punk AF beers are available if cocktails aren&#8217;t your thing. </p>

After sampling the delights of the tapas menu downstairs, sink into a velvet sofa or leather armchair and knock back a Paloma or Citrus Fresco &#8211; delicious blends of handcrafted non-alcoholic spirits (hello Seedlip and Crossip) to give you the satisfaction of a cocktail without the headache. </p>

<p>An easy-peasy city centre hangout to get your mocktail fix at. There are three low or no-alcohol cocktails to choose from (make mine a Raspberry &amp; Orange Blossom Tonic, ta!) as well as a couple of bottled beers, but we’ve got our eye on the House Coolers, which are vegan, low in calories and infused with herbs.</p>

<p>You wouldn&#8217;t necessarily expect a pub with its own rum menu to be an option for non-drinkers, but that&#8217;s where The Jolly Sailors might surprise you! There&#8217;s a good selection of 0% or 0.5% ABV beers (including Guinness and a cider) as well as Tanqueray 0.0% for booze-free G&amp;Ts, but we&#8217;ll be ordering the deliciously grown-up Norfolk Cordials &#8211; Redcurrant &amp; Grapefruit and Rhubarb, Orange &amp; Ginger.</p>

<p>This cosy village green pub is the ideal haunt after a bracing dog walk or if you fancy a truly excellent Sunday roast. For non-drinkers, there&#8217;s also a selection of mocktails on offer &#8211; we&#8217;ll be sipping a Virgin Mary.</p>

<p>This Long Stratton eatery is well-known for its fabulous service and meaty menu, but there&#8217;s no need to wash down your ribeye with a J2O if that&#8217;s not your bag. There&#8217;s four alcohol-free beers on offer, as well as three tasty mocktails if you&#8217;re after something that feels a little more &#8216;grown up&#8217;. </p>
