<p>Set in a beautiful and historic West Norfolk village, this fab farmhouse brewery offers tours (held on the first Sat of every month), tap days and even yoga and beer sessions! How’s your downward grog? Housed in a 16th century stone barn, the taproom is open every Fri and Sat, with Duration’s brilliant beers and cheese and charcuterie boards on the menu, as well as pop-up local street food.</p>

<p>Barsham Brewery grows barley to brew beer on land that has been farmed by the same North Norfolk family for generations. Spin by its The Forge shop at the brewery site to stock up or head down on the last Friday of each month for street food, live music…oh, and incredible beer.</p>

<p>Cask brewer Woodforde’s is synonymous with Norfolk, and for good reason – it’s behind super-popular classic ales like Wherry and Nelson’s, as well as a cool craft collection, Fiftytwo° North. Peek behind the curtain on a tour of its Woodbastwick brewery before sampling at the source over a home-cooked meal at its brewery tap and shop Fur and Feather (the Wherry Catch of the Day for me please!).&nbsp;</p>

<p>The sleek converted warehouse taproom at Setchey brings a taste of the best brewers in the world to Norfolk – relax in the beer garden with your tipple of choice (there’s even a children’s play area next door) and tuck into a Sunday roast, hearty lunch, breakfast or pizza from its new menu. <p>All the small-batch beers from Redwell Brewing, in a pretty village on the outskirts of Norwich, are both vegan and gluten-free. Head to their fun taproom to drink pints served from hip Airstream vans and grab a slice from resident foodies The Redwell Vault Pizzeria (or pop-up street food trucks on Sundays).</p>

<p>You can expect a warm, lively atmosphere at this groovy north Norwich taproom, part of the extensive Fat Cat Brewing Company local empire. The Brewery Tap lay on unique and enticing beers from across the UK, live music and epic loaded chips by Motherchip. There’s also an all-welcome cycle club and running club you can get involved with.</p>

<p>Lacons has a rich history dating back centuries – Lord Nelson himself is said to have been partial to a swig! <p>Wildcraft Brewery forages tonnes of the ingredients for their eco-friendly, gluten-free and vegan beers – complete with cute and distinctive bright labels. Visit them for a drink on one of their brewery open days at their Church Farm in Smallburgh home, or at one of their pop-ups around the county.</p>

<p>This year marks 25 years of brewing for the fantastic Reedham-based Humpty Dumpty Brewing. Stock up on real ale and local goodies from its brewery shop on the pretty River Yare, which is now open daily, or head to one of its taproom open days (the next is for Reedham Beer Fest from&nbsp;<strong>Fri 21</strong>&nbsp;<strong>to</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Sun 23 Jul</strong>).&nbsp;</p>

<p>The taproom at Grain Brewery opens every Fri and Sat, welcoming street food traders and local musicians. Its crew serves up its excellent beers, as well as wines, G&amp;Ts and soft drinks if you’re after a change of pace. What’s more, it even has its own escape room app The Grain Escape. Its Grain Fest 2023, on&nbsp;<strong>Sat 24 Jun</strong>, is the perfect time to visit!</p>

<p>The huge taproom at Ampersand is right next to the brew deck, giving beer devotees a great view of all the behind-the-scenes action. There’s 12 keg and three cask lines, a well-stocked fridge full of cans and bottles and patty experts Burger Jam in the kitchen, plating up burgers, loaded fries and sides.</p>
