It’s Panto Time!

It's what you've all been waiting for. Oh no it isn't! Oh yes it is! Oh no.... OK, enough! Here are 13 of the perkiest pantos in Norfolk. You ready, Widow Twanky?

Cinderella, Norwich Theatre Royal, Tues 17th December – Sun 19th January 2020

It’s the biggest panto in Norfolk and a chance to see a few soap celebrities old and new! This year Hollyoaks and Dengineers favourite Joe Tracini, Casualty’s Amanda Henderson and EastEnders hunk David Witts. Lets not forget Norwich’s pantomime favourite Richard Gauntlett and David Gant. Expect magical twists, songs, fun, laughter and adventure with this festive family spectacular.

Dick Whittington, Beccles Public Hall & Theatre, Fri 20th December – Wed 1st January 2020

Dick Whittington sets out to seek fame and fortune in the Big Smoke. Promising fantastic special effects, dazzling costumes and outrageous comedy!

Cinderella, Fakenham Community Centre, Tues 3rd – Sat 7th December 

Fakenham and District Light Operatic Society has been entertaining local audiences for over 50 years. This year it brings the iconic fairytale, Cinderella, to the stage at Fakenham Community Centre and features all the traditional ingredients of song, dance and merriment.

Fee-fi-fo-fum! Local TV legend Helen McDermott’s theatre company – Oh Yes It Is Productions, returns to the Pavilion theatre this year for this traditional panto classic.

A pirate, pussycat and rat-packed panto party – the Princess Theatre heads to Laaannndaaan Town and Dick Whittington needs a little help from you if he’s going to win the day in the big city.

My First Panto: Rapunzal, The Garage, Norwich, Sat 29th November – Sun 12th Janaury

Rapunzel, the newest instalment from All-In Productions and The Garage’s My First Panto, will have you singing, dancing and playing along with Rapunzel and the Prince. Suitable for ages 0-7!

A Christmas Carol, Biddy’s Tea Room, Norwich, Mon 2nd – Sun 22nd December 

Following the success of last year’s A Christmas Carol Biddy’s is back with Scrooge, Bob, Fred, and all the ghosts! A free mince pie and mulled apple for all guests.

Dick Whittingham & His Cat, Sheringham Little Theatre, Sat 7th December – Wed 1st January 2020

Join Dick Whittington and his wise cracking Cat as they travel from Sheringham to London in their 10th annual panto with special effects and plenty of surprises.
