Find your Superself

Want to become the best version of yourself? A new wellness concept is coming to Norwich and we've got the inside scoop!

Let me introduce you to Liza Koroleva, the lady uniting the Norwich wellness community. Nutritionists, yoga teachers, therapists and fitness experts are coming together to produce a programme of events to help women discover their ‘Superself’.
This new wellbeing concept focuses on the six dimensions of wellness – emotional, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, physical and environmental. The first event is taking place on Saturday 6th April at Erpingham House and is a collaboration with ‘We Got This Sometimes’ – so expect a first class experience.
Dedicated to mums, the day has been designed to relax, transform and encourage them to take some time out. The day will start with morning yoga and meditation with Yoga Tree’s Atma Gyanam. This will be followed by an inspiring and motivational Q&A with fitness blogger and personal trainer Carly Rowena. As a new mum herself, Carly will be speaking about staying motivated before and after kids, how to keep on top of mental and physical confidence and how to make fitness work for you. After a delicious and nourishing vegan lunch there will be a sensory essential oils workshop with holistic nutritionist Kristie Becker where you will discover how different blends affect our emotions in different ways. The day will end with tea and coffees, snacks, chats and a mini massage provided by Jackie Hamilton School therapists.
100% of profits will be donated to the charity Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind – how’s that for some good wellbeing vibes!
Book tickets £50.00 but be quick as spaces are limited to 17 participants.
