A brand new festival is launching in Norfolk this summer, on the glorious Raynham Estate – and just wait until you hear the line-up!

Hot Chip, James, Natalia Imbruglia and Laura Mvula are all on the bill at Wide Skies and Butterflies, three days and nights of partying, culture and family fun in the Norfolk countryside. We’re digging out our disco pants, stat…

Norwich gets a vegan butchers

Yes, we know it sounds like a contradiction in terms but vegan butchers are now a THING, and Norwich is about to get one of the first in the country.

In fact, plant-based eaters are doubly blessed this month because artisan bakers Bread Source, with branches across Norwich and Aylsham, have just launched their first (much-anticipated) vegan range. Just LOOK at that chocolate and peanut butter cookie…

Up for an award-winning local road trip?

Always dreamed about slipping behind the wheel of an old Thunderbind and doing a Thelma and Louise? You might not have to look too far for inspiration.

The Telegraph have dubbed a “Timeless Norfolk” road trip, taking in the beauties of Cromer, Cley, Blakeney and Wells, as one of the best road trips to take this year.

A hip new farmer’s market in the Broads

@blackbarnfarm

Salhouse’s Black Barn Farm launched it’s first ever farmers market yesterday – did you catch it?

It will be back on the second saturday of every month, offering fresh produce and yummy goodies from the likes of The Galley deli in Horning and vegan coffee pop-up Citizen Coffee. (More vegan goodness!)

The farm is also hosting a blossom fair on 14 May, when the apple orchards will be frothing with gorgeous blooms – make a date in your diary.
