There comes a point in life where we need to feel a bit less meh and a bit more hell yeah. We all know that yoga is a great way of focusing on yourself in both body and mind, but keeping it up and actually practicing it can be hard, especially when you still have all demands of work and family to think about.

The Chakra Way is an 8 week course run by yoga expert Rosanne Nieboer, who has over 20 years experience as a yoga teacher and has been practicing for over half her life.


Okay but what’s a chakra when it’s at home?

Let’s let Rosanne explain that one:

‘The word chakra means ‘wheel, ‘circle’ or ‘cycle’. There are seven main chakras that line up vertically along the spine from the base up to the crown of the head and can be described as spiral centres of energy within the body.’

Taken in your own time, this step by step course takes you through the seven stages of spiritual power of each chakra and how it affects your mind and body. Retain and develop interest in the practice on a personal level and gain a fuller understanding of why and how yoga can help you live a more enriched, relaxed life while regaining some of that hidden identity that makes you YOU.


In essence – learning yoga The Chakra Way will offer a deeper enlightenment in the subject and provide you with tools and understanding on how to manage stress, anxiety and gain strength and confidence in your body.
