Body Transform Fitness

Muddy says: If like me, you’ve signed up for gym memberships and found within a few months your motivation has wained then this might just be the place for you. I’ve been an active member for over four years!

BTF offers a completely unique and holistic approach to health and fitness. They have a range of three, six and twelve month programmes which include high energy classes, bar bell sessions and nutritional support. Plus the group camaraderie is something special and each year teams of people enter a wide range of mud runs and sporting events raising thousands for charity.

The focus is long term fitness and body results, not quick wins. This is achieved with the support of dedicated coaches who offer online, one to one and group sessions to guide you through your program and help you reach your goals.

Fitness

Group workouts change daily and follow the HIIT approach, lasting approximately 20-25 minutes plus warm up and cool down (45 minutes total). I love efficiency and these classes are designed to get the most effective results from the most efficient use of time – hoorah! They focus on burning body fat and toning the major muscle groups of the body or in layman’s terms ‘the wobbly bits’ – tummy, thighs, butt, torso and upper arms!

With a wide range of class times, including 6.10am, 9.45am and 4pm through to 7pm, there’s no excuse to miss a session.

Nutrition

Using the principles of macro-nutrients, BTF will help to re-educate you to develop new nutrition habits and to change the way you think about food.

Support

BTF has a great team spirit and the motivation you get to overcome fears and achieve your goals runs much deeper than just weight loss.

It’s worth checking out their six week introductory starting challenges which run regularly throughout the year.
