Brickley Rise, Ingoldisthorpe

Muddy Says: This former laundry cottage for Ingoldisthorpe Hall is now a stunning holiday let equipped with all the important essentials for a relaxing family stay.

Surrounded by woodland and countryside, Brickley Rise is the perfect antidote to city life. For the history buffs amongst you, the house was built in 1745 and was the former Laundry Cottage for the estate. It now provides a high standard of accommodation for up to eight guests in four bedrooms (two ensuite doubles and two twins).

Perfect for families and large groups, Brickley Rise has all the high spec fixtures and fittings you’d expect. A lot of thought has been put into making this family stay as relaxing as possible. You can leave the bulky baby paraphernalia at home – child gates, cot beds and high chairs are here already, leaving more room in the boot for wine!

There’s a spacious modern kitchen, dining room and cosy family lounge with a wood burner. French doors lead out to the enclosed garden and summer house – perfect for kids to safely explore. There’s a second family sitting room for children, complete with games, toys, colouring books and DVD’s, so fingers crossed you can sit back and relax while they entertain themselves?!?!

The Royals will be your neighbours for the weekend, as Sandringham is just down the road plus tons of stuff to visit and explore along the North Norfolk coast. The Dabling Duck in Gt Massingham is Wills and Kate’s favourite local – so worth a visit!

Beaches and stately homes a plenty plus some of our Muddy favourite destination pubs and farm shops and delis are all in the locality. Check out our Eating Out and Things To Do pages.
