Michelle Jermy is an award-winning author and creator of The Love Bee, an inspirational mind, body and wellbeing coaching programme, as well as the critically-acclaimed Pilates for Better Sex – a specialist book designed to help ladies put the va va voom back in the bedroom.

Pilates for Better Sex is written to bring an understanding of the science behind Pilates – how it can tone the pelvic floor and improve your sexual experience with over 50 positions (the new 50 shades of Grey?). Michelle wrote the book with all fitness levels in mind, outlining moves for beginners, intermediate or advanced levels.

It was while writing Pilates for Better Sex that Michelle decided to re-launch The Love Bee Empowerment Coach – a programme of guidance, support, education, fun and encouragement for women. This formed the basis of her next and forthcoming books – 28 Days to a Happier Healthier You, The 28 Day Self Love Diet, Single & Ready to Mingle and Pilates in Pregnancy.

Michelle is currently touring the UK with a range of seminars: Self Love & Self Worth, Managing Stress, KSFL Nutrition and Pilates, with a little Passionate Pilates. Her fun and passionate approach to presentations and workshops takes some taboo subjects and makes them real, leaving women uplifted, positive and inspired.
