Pilates is an excellent way to keep fit, flexible and feeling good. Its low impact and relaxing yet energising and fulfilling. It is perfect for men and women of all ages and levels of fitness. The principle of pilates is focusing on strengthening and lengthening the core muscles of the body. These are the muscles that you use most of the time without even realising. Pilates can help with postures, aches and pains and more. I am a qualified Body Control Pilates ® teacher. I run classes and offer private tuition for individuals and small groups all around the North of Norfolk. Currently I am running classes in Acle, Hoveton, Stalham High School, Hickling and Sprowston and will be adding more to this list. I am fully insured and provide all of the equipment required for your lessons.
